Upon first entering the lobby, you can see that it’s very well maintained. The assistant manager was the one who checked us in and he was awesome. He gave us extra towels right away because he said he knew us ladies liked to have extra for our hair, which I thought was very considerate of him. He also had a fun personality and was welcoming. We arrived early but he was able to get us checked in even with the big game going on, which we greatly appreciated. The lady who came in after him wasn’t nearly as personable, but she could’ve been having an off day. The room felt surprisingly homey. It was bright, clean, and well decorated. It felt like it was updated recently. The shampoo and conditioner were in bottles mounted in the shower which was convenient and surprisingly decent quality. The shower pressure was insanely good. The beds were comfortable and clean as well. There is a bottle of water and snack in your room as well as coffee, though housekeeping needs to remember to clean under the coffee maker tray. There is a decent selection of snacks available to purchase in the lobby and breakfast was pretty good, but a small area for the size of the hotel. We loved the location as it’s not far from Downtown Bentonville and Crystal Bridges, which is why we were visiting. Overall, I’d say this is adequately priced and I would stay here again.

We recently stayed at SpringHill Suites Bentonville for three nights and had an excellent experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The service was outstanding; the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel’s location was very convenient, allowing easy access to local attractions and amenities. My daughter particularly enjoyed the indoor pool, which was a great bonus for our family. My husband was also pleased with the water pressure in the shower, which he found to be exceptional. Another highlight was the awesome breakfast each morning, which offered a variety of delicious options to start the day right. I highly recommend SpringHill Suites Bentonville for both business and leisure stays.

Room was spacious and beds, with the sofa bed, was perfect for our family. Shower was hot, and full size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was a luxury. Laundry facilities were helpful and I appreciated they were on the 2nd floor close to our room. Included breakfast was good and varied. Staff were friendly. We didn’t use the indoor pool but many families were and seemed to enjoy it. Coffee and tea were available in the lobby 24/7.

This is THE place. It was perfectly located with easy assess to everything we wanted and needed. It was clean, very comfortable, and plenty of space for us to be comfortable. Beds were perfect, able to sleep well. Quiet. Breakfast was very good with several great choices. Staff was very accommodating and very friendly, nice, willing to help in whatever we needed. We will stay here again because it was so good. Awesome!

This is a smaller hotel so we didn’t deal with anyone being loud or noises from other rooms and we were on the first floor right by the pool and gym, so i expected to hear loud noises. The location was excellent for us as we were in town for a concert at the Walmart Amp, and it’s just two exits down. Under a 5 minute drive! I was also impressed with the shower and how hot the water got. The staff was very nice as well.
